To ensure transparency, we have a simple and fair refund and cancellation policy for all our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund<\/strong>. For cancellations made closer to the service time, partial refunds may apply, while last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours) are not eligible for refunds. Once a wash has started, refunds are not possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We understand that plans may change, so we also allow customers to reschedule their bookings free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>. However, reschedules made within shorter notice may be treated as cancellations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payments made through UPI, cards, wallets, or cash are all supported, and refunds will always be credited back to the original payment method<\/strong> within 7\u201310 business days.
