At Dr. Scrubboss, we strive to provide hassle-free and professional vehicle cleaning services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking a service.

Overview

At Dr. Scrubboss, we value your trust and strive to make every vehicle wash experience smooth, reliable, and convenient. To ensure transparency, we have a simple and fair refund and cancellation policy for all our customers.

If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. For cancellations made closer to the service time, partial refunds may apply, while last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours) are not eligible for refunds. Once a wash has started, refunds are not possible.

We understand that plans may change, so we also allow customers to reschedule their bookings free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. However, reschedules made within shorter notice may be treated as cancellations.

Payments made through UPI, cards, wallets, or cash are all supported, and refunds will always be credited back to the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days. Please note that for monthly subscriptions, mid-term cancellations or partial refunds are not permitted.

Our focus is on delivering professional service, but since every wash is customized to your vehicle, we do not offer refunds or free rewash services in case of dissatisfaction.

Important Points to remember:

1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refund โ€“ If you cancel your booking 24 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the advance payment.
  • Partial Refund โ€“ If you cancel within 6 hours to 2 hours before the service, a 50% deduction will apply and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation โ€“ If you cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled service, no refund will be processed.
  • Service Already Started โ€“ No refunds will be issued once the service has started, even if it is not completed.

2. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule their booking free of cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Reschedule requests made within 24 hours may be treated as a cancellation and applicable charges will apply.

3. Service Satisfaction

  • While we aim for complete customer satisfaction, we do not provide refunds or free rewash services in case of dissatisfaction after the service is completed.

4. Payment & Refund Processing

  • We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, and Cash.
  • In case of refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Subscriptions

  • Monthly or recurring subscription plans cannot be canceled mid-term, and no partial or pro-rata refunds will be provided for unused services.
